I create a culture of active participation with the product team and organizational leadership to break silos, and nurture buy-in and ownership. I lead the creative processes to identify opportunities, align to goals, and design a product strategy. I facilitate the definition of the Simple, Lovable, and Complete product — from services to digital.


I’ve run the spectrum of product management from service products for low-income youth to AI-powered chatbots for enterprises - and everything in between. With a master's in international development, I am a champion for inclusion and participation for stakeholders through product  definition, creation, and their strategies.
