Interactive Product & Sr. Project Manager

She is weathering a chaotic project and supporting a depleted department simultaneously.
Andy has jumped into all her projects with both feet! She is calm, cool, and always on top of her work - while keeping everyone around her sane and positive!
Andy came to HZ and had to quickly take on some of our biggest projects but has shown great leadership in taking control and delivering.

I drive product efficiency and profitability across the agency, and deliver the highest quality product strategy for Echo&Co’s clients. Developing a product practice that strengthens Echo's commitment to supporting impactful organizations and social ventures create inspiring human journeys, the digital platforms to enable them, and the internal capacity to improve them over time.

OUTCOMES

Education NPO | Digital Experience Strategy

I created a digital platform strategy by leading client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and undertaking comparative analysis and site audits. The resulting strategy is a multi-track approach to delivering on the strategic priorities, defining the SLC launch of the product (to be launched 9.2022), and documenting technical, programmatic, institutional, and user requirements. The organization uses the strategy to maintain alignment and momentum. They were able to secure $2 million in additional  funding for the definition and delivery of product tracks.

National Union | Platform as a Service

I led the strategy definition activities to define the vision and value of a Platform as a Service for a National Union. I created a service blueprint, scaling and pricing options, and staffing requirements. My work led to roughly $1.75 million in secured funding for the program to onboard 29 affiliates by 2025 and hire additional staff.

Animal Welfare Hospital | Digital Transformation

I created the product strategy for ASPCA's digital transformation of their flagship veterinary hospital. I documented the findings of user research, customer journey mapping, and organizational priorities. Through cross-functional collaboration, the strategy defined a roadmap for improving both the digital tools and hospital workflows, prioritizing immediately impactful updates. With this strategy ASPCA was able to garner buy-in across departments and make goal and user-centric based decisions about the program.

A few more accolades! :tada:

As a customer-focused digital product manager I found solutions, plans, and develops great web products for our clients. I was responsible for setting the overall vision for the product based on the clients’ challenges and goals and translating that vision into actionable requirements for the UX, visual design, and dev teams to build from.

I managed and tracked website development projects and other interactive initiatives. With open communication and relationship building, I lead a project from initial conception and scoping through to its successful completion, including facilitating and reporting throughout the project and maintaining budget and schedule parameters.

OUTCOMES

Dormify e-Commerce Store Updates & Visualizer

I led the annual product planning and roadmap workshop that led to the selection of 3 priority initiatives for the first quarter. In response to information about user drop-offs, I led the team in defining solutions to  improve the cart experience and functionality. As a result of 2019 Phase 1 initiatives, Dormify saw an average purchase conversion of 1.46%, which was right on the cusp of our plan target (1.5%), as well as an AOV of ~$177 which was 20% above the goal.
To increase the size of the average cart, I product managed the creation of a dorm room visualizer. The visualizer was a huge boon for Dormify, specifically with AOV. Customers that visit visualizer have an avg. AOV of ~$242 over their highest-traffic weekend, 40%* higher than non-Visualizer customers over the same period.

Mockingbird Stroller Store

Mockingbird was launching its first line of products. I was the digital product manager and project manager for the creation of the e-commerce site that was the backbone of Mockingbird's go-to-market strategy. As a result of the easy to use and approachable design, Mockingbird earned features in Good Housekeeping and sold $133K+ in strollers in the first month!

Hilton Honors Auction Experience Design

I led the prioritization, design, and development of user experience and design improvements to the Hilton Honors Auction site. I guided our client in focusing resources that would deliver on their goal of increasing user engagement. As a result of this work, Hilton Honors’ team reached their goal of 100M Hilton Honors members.
