I wonder.

I am a Director of Product Strategy specializing in building strong relationships to conceptualize and construct exceptional products. Motivated by curiosity, I’m always willing to experiment with a new approach, look at new features, or retest old solutions to meet product objectives.

My stakeholder and inclusion methodologies are anchored in learnings from a master’s degree from the University of Sussex’s Institute of Development Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona.

Currently, I create transformational digital strategies for non-profits. My most recent work includes:

  • I created a vision for an international education nonprofit’s digital experience that will increase educator engagement with pedagogy and the nonprofit over the course of a three-year, multi-track strategic plan.

  • I designed the Platform as Service program for the largest union in the United States, NEA. With tens-of-thousands of affiliates, they had to strategically engage affiliates while balancing the unique needs and voices of each and maintain NEA’s identity. The outputs of this work were

    • Service Model defined NEA’s activities to support the PaaS, including step-by-step service blueprint.

    • Program Scaling Options proposed options for NEA to pace the scaling of the NEAaffiliate.org program that ramped up over time.

    • Program Expense to benchmark the cost NEA to support the program, and opportunities that help offset the expense to NEA without charging more to affiliates.

    • Staffing model for supporting the PaaS program as it grows: Product Team Structure & Workflow, Key Roles & Staffing Scenarios, and Additional Program Set-up Priorities.
