I am a Director of Product Strategy specializing in building strong relationships to conceptualize and construct exceptional products. Motivated by curiosity, I’m always willing to experiment with a new approach, look at new features, or retest old solutions to meet product objectives.
My stakeholder and inclusion methodologies are anchored in learnings from a master’s degree from the University of Sussex’s Institute of Development Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona.
Currently, I create transformational digital strategies for non-profits. My most recent work includes:

Service Model defined NEA’s activities to support the PaaS, including step-by-step service blueprint.
Program Scaling Options proposed options for NEA to pace the scaling of the NEAaffiliate.org program that ramped up over time.
